Access is granted electronically after successful payment via Gumroad. Access remains available for as long as the product is offered, unless otherwise stated.

2 Payments

All prices are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Gumroad, a secure third-party payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at [email protected].

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be honored, due to the immediate digital access provided upon purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

4 Intellectual Property

All content included in our digital products — including but not limited to text, prompts, methodologies, images, and cheat sheets — is protected by intellectual property laws.

Redistribution of materials may result in termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

5 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products if these Terms are violated, or if fraudulent behavior — including chargeback abuse — is detected.

6 No Guarantees

We provide educational information only. The AI Video Goldmine is a guide sharing our own experience and approach. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, view counts, follower growth, or business outcomes.

Your results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, platform conditions, and individual circumstances.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feathered Hearts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our digital products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
